The role
The AI/ML Engineer will productionize forecasting and classification models used by operations customers. You will work with data engineers on features, evaluation, and monitoring rather than isolated research. Responsibilities: • Train, evaluate, and deploy models used in customer workflows • Build feature pipelines and model monitoring • Collaborate with product on practical ML use cases • Document model behavior, limits, and operational needs Requirements: • 3+ years of applied ML or ML engineering experience • Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern ML tooling • Experience putting models into production, not only experimentation • Ability to communicate model risk and value clearly Benefits: • Hybrid work in Denver or New York • Research time each month • Health benefits • Conference budget
