Aligniz LLC operates the Aligniz technology talent and professional services platform. Our public website and authenticated product experience help companies and technology professionals discover each other, manage profiles, and prepare for hiring and professional services workflows.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we process when you:

• Visit or browse the Aligniz website
• Create or use a professional, company, or other authorized account
• Create or edit a profile, upload media, or manage skills and company details
• Submit information through forms on the site, including contact inquiries
• Communicate with us about the platform or our services

Some marketplace directory content may include demonstration or illustrative listings. Account data you submit as a registered user is treated as real personal or company information under this Policy.

3. Information we collect

Account and identity information. Depending on account type, this may include name, display name, email address, password (stored by our authentication provider), company name, and account type.

Profile information. For professionals, this may include headline, professional summary, location, availability, years of experience, skills, proficiency details, avatar image, and public/private visibility settings. For companies, this may include tagline, description, website, industry, company size, location, founded year, logo, and visibility settings.

Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide in that message, such as your name, email address, and inquiry details.

Mobile and SMS opt-in information. If you choose to receive informational text messages from Aligniz, we may collect your mobile phone number and records of your SMS consent or opt-out preferences.

Technical and usage information. We and our service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. Session cookies and similar technologies are used to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely.

We do not ask you to provide government ID numbers, payment card data, or sensitive biometric data through the current Aligniz product surfaces described in this Policy. Do not submit that information through contact forms or profile fields.

5. Profile visibility and public information

Professionals and companies can choose whether their marketplace profile is public or private.

• Public profiles may appear in Aligniz directories and public profile pages and may be indexed by search engines.
• Private profiles are not intended for public discovery and should not be shown through public directory queries.
• Authentication email, passwords, and private account controls are not published on public profile pages.

You are responsible for the information you choose to publish. Avoid posting phone numbers, private addresses, or other sensitive details in public profile fields unless you intend them to be public.

6. How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers that host and operate the platform on our behalf, including authentication, database, and file storage providers (currently including Supabase infrastructure)
• Hosting, analytics, error-monitoring, or email delivery providers we engage to run the site
• Professional advisors (such as legal or accounting counsel) when needed
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections

We do not sell personal information. We do not share profile email addresses on public profile pages.

Mobile opt-in information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for.

Aligniz is intended for adults seeking professional opportunities and for organizations hiring talent. The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. International users

Aligniz is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

13. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites, including company websites listed on public profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information to them.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the site or by email when appropriate. Continued use of Aligniz after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
