These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Aligniz website and platform operated by Aligniz LLC (“Aligniz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Aligniz, creating an account, or submitting information through the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use Aligniz on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” includes that organization.
Aligniz is a technology talent and professional services platform. Depending on the features available at the time you use the site, Aligniz may allow you to:
Aligniz is evolving. Some areas of the public site may include demonstration or illustrative marketplace content. Features that are described as coming later are not yet part of the live service unless we expressly enable them for your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract under applicable law, to use Aligniz. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Aligniz is intended for professional and business use. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under United States or other applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly through the Contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account types (for example, professional or company) are assigned based on registration and platform rules. You may not misrepresent your account type, impersonate another person or organization, or attempt to access another user’s account or private data.
We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or remove content when we reasonably believe these Terms, the law, or the safety of users has been violated.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Aligniz, including profile text, skills selections, and uploaded images (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Aligniz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service, including showing public profiles when you set them to public.

Aligniz does not guarantee that any profile, listing, or User Content is verified unless we expressly mark it as verified. Verification and assessment products, if offered later, will have their own rules.
You control whether certain professional or company profile information is public. Public information may be indexed by search engines and viewed by anyone. Private information is intended for your authenticated use and authorized platform operations only.
Making a profile public does not create an employment relationship, offer of employment, or guarantee of introductions, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

Aligniz provides software and related professional services information. Unless we enter a separate written agreement with you:
The Aligniz name, logo, website design, software, and original content are owned by Aligniz LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to use the service as allowed by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
Aligniz uses third-party infrastructure and services (including hosting, authentication, database, and storage providers). Your use of Aligniz may depend on those providers’ availability and terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from user profiles or other external content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIGNIZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content on the platform is complete, accurate, or current.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIGNIZ LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ALIGNIZ.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ALIGNIZ FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aligniz LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using Aligniz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, or remove content, if we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect Aligniz, our users, or third parties, or to enforce these Terms.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may modify the service and these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Aligniz LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law or where a mandatory consumer protection rule provides otherwise.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific terms we present for a feature, are the entire agreement between you and Aligniz regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Aligniz LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at admin@aligniz.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
