Site Reliability Engineer

The role

The SRE role at Harbor Cloud is about making failure boring. You will reduce toil, improve SLOs, and help teams operate Kubernetes-based systems with better defaults.

Responsibilities

• Define SLOs and error budgets with product and platform teams
• Automate operational work and incident follow-up
• Improve capacity planning, cost visibility, and failover paths
• Lead incident reviews and reliability projects

Requirements

• 6+ years in SRE, production engineering, or related work
• Deep Kubernetes and Linux experience
• Comfort with observability stacks and on-call ownership
• Ability to influence without heavy process
