Technical Product Manager

The role

Northline is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own a slice of the partner platform. You will work with engineering, risk, and customer teams to sequence work that is both commercially useful and operationally sound. Responsibilities: • Define problem statements, success metrics, and delivery sequencing • Write product specs that engineers can implement without guesswork • Coordinate launches with customer engineering and support • Balance partner requests against platform reliability Requirements: • 5+ years in product management for technical products • Comfort discussing APIs, data models, and operational constraints • Experience working with regulated or high-reliability domains • Excellent stakeholder communication Benefits: • Hybrid Chicago or Austin • Competitive compensation • Health coverage • Learning stipend
